 What to Report, How to Report, and Our Investigation Process

  • You should report wrongdoing at Leet Capital if you suspect:
    • Criminal offences (fraud, corruption, bribery, theft).
    • Financial malpractice or irregularities.
    • Breaches of SC Malaysia regulations or other laws.
    • Unethical behaviour or serious breaches of Leet Capital’s internal policies (e.g., Code of Conduct).
    • Actions endangering health and safety.
    • Deliberate concealment of any of the above, or attempts/abetment thereof.
  • This channel is not for general customer service inquiries or personal HR grievances not amounting to serious misconduct.

Anyone connected to Leet Capital: employees (current/former), investors, issuers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • Receipt & Assessment: Reports are received by a Designated Officer, acknowledged (if not anonymous), and assessed.
  • Investigation: If warranted, a confidential, fair, and timely investigation is conducted.
  • Action: Appropriate corrective/disciplinary actions are taken based on findings. This may include reporting to authorities like SC Malaysia.
  • Protection & Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting reporters from retaliation and maintaining confidentiality in line with our Guiding Principles and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
  • Reports Not in Good Faith: Knowingly false or malicious reports may result in appropriate action.
