- Failing to report any suspicion, knowledge, or evidence of bribery, corruption, or unethical behavior.

- Zero Tolerance: The company has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.
- Prohibition of Facilitation Payments: Facilitation payments are strictly prohibited.

Consequences of Non-Compliance
